Heartwarming Fall Family Session in Sacramento | Sacramento Family and Maternity Photographer

It’s always such an honor when families book me again, and Veronica’s family is no exception. The last time I photographed this beautiful family, Veronica was expecting her daughter, and now here we are, years later, capturing precious moments with her sweet little girl and big brother. Seeing how their family has grown and changed is such a joy!

Veronica chose to return to the same location we used for her maternity session, and I couldn’t have been happier. This spot holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite and most popular session locations—and for good reason! The warm tones of fall, the serene backdrop, and the golden light made every photo feel magical. It’s the perfect setting to reflect the love and connection this family shares.

The kids were adorable and full of personality, from big brother's playful energy to little sister’s sweet smiles in her gorgeous velvet dress. Watching them interact and laugh together was heartwarming. And, of course, the moments between Veronica and her husband were just as special. You can see the love and partnership they share in every frame.

One of my favorite parts of the session was by the water, where the autumn leaves reflected beautifully on the surface, adding a vibrant burst of color to their family portraits. It was the perfect mix of classic and cozy fall vibes.
