Welcoming Baby Girl | Sacramento Studio Newborn Session

This sweet baby girl made my job way too easy. From the moment she arrived at the studio, she was calm, sleepy, and just so content—one of those dream babies photographers secretly hope for! She snoozed through her session like a champ and let us capture so many precious little details: her squishy cheeks, tiny toes, and all the love her parents have for her.

Speaking of her parents—what an absolute joy they were to spend time with. It’s always such an honor to witness and document the beginning of this new chapter, and these two were just the kindest, most easygoing people. You could feel how in love they are with their new baby, and it shows in every photo.

We captured a mix of cozy, wrapped portraits, family moments, and sweet close-ups, including a few of my favorite details like her little fingers and those soft pink tones that worked perfectly in the studio. I know these days can feel like a blur for new parents, so freezing these moments in time is always something I’m so grateful to do.
