A Beautiful Maternity Session at Arboretum | Sacramento Maternity Photographer

Hey everyone!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of photographing a stunning maternity session at the Davis Arboretum. This session was extra special because we included not only the glowing mom-to-be but also her adorable nephew, who she is incredibly close with. It was heartwarming to see the bond they share, and capturing those moments was truly magical.

Wardrobe Fun

We had so much fun with multiple dress changes throughout the session. To make things easy and comfortable, we used a portable changing tent right there in the Arboretum. This allowed us to switch up the looks effortlessly while keeping our mama-to-be relaxed and at ease. Each dress brought out a different aspect of her beauty, and the changing colors and styles added a lovely variety to the photos.

A Special Bond

Including her nephew in the session added an extra layer of warmth and love. His excitement and joy were contagious, and it was clear how much they adore each other.

Location Update

A quick heads-up for anyone considering the Davis Arboretum for a photo session: the location is currently under construction. While the beautiful trees are still there, everything is roped off and under renovation. Due to this, I won’t be holding any sessions at this location until the construction is complete. But don’t worry, we have plenty of other gorgeous locations to choose from in the meantime!
