A Magical Maternity Session with Kandace and Family at Sacramento Ranch

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Kandace’s maternity session at Gibson Ranch, and let me just say—she looked stunning! From the moment she arrived, I knew we were in for a magical session. Kandace had chosen a gorgeous dress of her own for the first look, and it was perfect for the golden, sun-soaked vibes we were after. Later, we switched it up with one of my favorite dresses, which looked amazing on her and really complemented the natural beauty of the location.

But it wasn’t just Kandace who stole the show—her daughter was such a joy to photograph! She was full of energy and sweetness, and we had so much fun capturing their mother-daughter moments. We made sure to get all the combinations—just the two of them, some family shots, and, of course, some solo maternity portraits for Kandace.

Gibson Ranch is always one of my favorite places for maternity and family sessions. The variety of spots here is unbeatable, and it gives us so many options to get a mix of different looks.
