Spring Maternity Session at the Iris Farm | Best Sacramento Maternity Photographer

If you're looking for the perfect spring setting for your maternity session, the Iris Farm in Loomis, just outside Sacramento, is a floral dream come to life. Every year from late April through mid-May, this beautiful private location bursts into color with rows of irises in every shade you can imagine. The flowers stay in sporadic bloom through the end of May, and the dreamy golden light in the evenings adds the perfect glow.

This sweet couple absolutely glowed during their maternity session. From the soft pastels in her dresses to the intimate moments between them, everything came together so naturally. We started with a few soft, romantic poses nestled in the flower beds and then moved around the farm as the sun dipped lower. That golden light filtering through the trees? Pure magic.
