Bishop turns ONE!

This little guy has been coming to see me every couple months since he was born. He's always so fun to work with! And doesn't he have the most amazing hair?! I'm sure his mama gets tired of hearing me tell her. Seriously though it is the best! His little voice and hello's are pretty adorable too!

I hadn't used this location, in Citrus Heights, before. It probably one of my favorites, especially for little ones, now.

I love capturing the silly little expressions of babies! I always try to get great smiling shots but little ones have so many adorable expressions worth remembering. My favorite is his little scream and drool shot!

After we caught some good portraits we moved on to the fun part.... CAKE! I never know how a baby is going to react to the cake part of the session. Surprisingly some actually HATE it! Luckily this little guy loved his cake. He even fell over at one point and decided to just stay where he fell as he continues to snack away!

I love to include these adorable little collages with my cake smash sessions! They're perfect to display at their birthday parties too!

Since it's nice and hot here in Sacramento we decided to end the session with a bubble bath to clean up all that yummy cake! He may have slipped under as soon as he was put in the tub but this little guy didn't let that ruin his mood. He quickly smiled and enjoyed his little bath!
