Cake Smash Session with the Sweetest Teddy Bear Theme

This cake smash was extra special because the teddy bear theme was completely mom’s idea and I loved how it came together. Soft neutrals, sweet details, and a whole lot of personality made this session feel playful but timeless.

The row of teddy bears added such a cozy, storybook feel. And fun fact, the largest teddy bear you see in these images is mine. He makes a regular appearance in sessions like this and the babies always seem drawn to him.

For cake smash sessions, I do provide the balloon arch if parents would like it, along with the ONE LED letters and the cake stand. It keeps things simple for families while still creating a really polished setup. Parents can bring their own ideas, props, or theme inspiration, and we build from there.

I would absolutely love to offer more themed cake smash sessions like this in the future. These sessions are such a fun way to celebrate a first birthday and capture that in between stage when babies are full of curiosity, smiles, and just a little bit of chaos.
