Emily's First Year | From 3 Months to One Year Old

Watching babies grow during their first year is one of my absolute favorite parts of this job—and Emily is such a perfect example of why.

We did her 3-month session at a quiet nature reserve in Citrus Heights. She was already full of charm back then—wide-eyed and sweet, with the softest little expressions. Fast forward to her 12-month session in Rocklin, and we were met with a joyful, giggly one-year-old who totally stole the show.

Her birthday session was full of sunshine, snuggles, and the best kind of mess—cake! She lit up around her big brothers and beamed every time she was in her mama's arms. You can just tell she’s surrounded by so much love.

Even though these sessions were taken months apart and in two different places, they came together so beautifully. I delivered the full year all at once—and it felt like wrapping up a little time capsule of babyhood.

Emily is such a happy, joyful little soul, and I have no doubt she’s going to grow up just as kind and beautiful as her mama.
